We are currently looking to expand our back end development team by hiring a Software Engineer with a primary focus on PHP development. We’re looking for a developer who enjoys coding and is looking to grow by constantly taking on new challenges and working as part of a team to come up with creative solutions. The majority of the day to day work will revolve around building and maintaining APIs, and user interfaces.

Main Functions

· Ask questions and learn.

· Code like a ninja. Everything should blend in, following the team’s standards.

· Code primarily in the latest version of PHP available using the latest packages.

· Code the best solution, the one that is easy to understand, elegant, clean, and simple.

· Work through JIRA tickets by reviewing them and consulting the rest of the team on the strategy used to resolve it.

· Active participation on code reviews and in the general development cycle.

Main Requirements

· Experience with PHP Frameworks.

· Experience with MySQL or another database engine.

· Experience with RestAPI.

· Agile methodologies, Git.

· Unit Tests and Integration Tests.

· Composer.

· Knowledge of PSR standards.

· Fluent in English or Spanish.
