React Developer in OnTop Margketing

We make blazing fast, optimised websites for clients that are tired of the poor performance of WordPress. Therefore we use as few (none basically) external libraries as possible. For example, all animations are created using CSS via Styled Components and if absolutely necessary ReactTransitionGroup. If this does not suit you, please do not apply.

Each project is managed via a Trello board with tasks to be completed and their estimated time for completion. You will be assigned a group of these tasks to fulfil your weekly work expectations. It is imperative that if you believe you are unable to complete the task in the given time that you communicate this so assistance can be given or allocated time can be extended. You will communicate primarily with Vera our Project Manager for daily task management and Marek our Senior Developer who will provide code review, mentorship, and development assistance where required.

We offer a 5 hour paid trial in order to ensure you are able to work within our environment. You will be provided an Adobe XD file and codebase and instructions with a task to complete. ALL of the above will be assessed (that includes following instructions and asking for help/clarification where needed). Upon completion of this trial, we will welcome you into our team :D

It is absolutely imperative that you can:
- Follow instructions to the letter!
- Work with existing project structure and codebase
- Follow designs to pinpoint accuracy
and are not afraid to ask questions!
- Have strong communication skills!
