Research Engineer Machine Learning in Aictive

Aictive is developing the latest technology for remote rehabilitation, harvesting the power of artificial intelligence and computer vision. We are dealing with the state of the art suite of technologies for solving the following challenges:

• Accurate 3D movement inference from imagery.
• Activity recognition.
• Personalised recommender system based on historical data.
• Web interface for service provision that can handle many users simultaneously.

This role will be part of the engineering arm of Aictive and part of a team of two engineers working on the core algorithm and the interface for the front-facing app.

The main job functions are to develop and maintain the core technology of AIctive - i.e. computer vision and machine learning algorithms for 3D position extraction and recommender system.

You require an academic degree in Engineering, with proven knowledge on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (regression, classification, neural networks - CNNs, clustering and computer vision); Programming (python, c++)

Having experience in building existing computer vision systems and developing applied Machine Learning systems is desirable.
