Flat is an iBuyer for the Mexican market, focused on solving the liquidity problem of residential real estate, with a deep tech layer to the traditional home-flipping business, similar to what other players have done in other geographies (Opendoor.com, loft.com.br).Flat offers clear benefits to both sides of the transaction. For sellers, it makes the process easier and faster, with the possibility of immediately sell the asset. For buyers, it guarantees the conditions of the property, a fair purchase price, and a seamless buying experience.
-Understand business needs and operational processes.
-Ideation of great and scalable solutions.
-Translate big solutions and split to small crystal clear requirements.
-Implement solutions by creating: workflows, automations, forms, data inputs and reports on Hubspot.
-Have 3+ years of experience working on RevOps or operational teams.
-Have worked on automations and creating scalable processes.
-Experience with tools: Hubspot, customer.io, WhatsApp CRM’s (Trengo, Twilio Flex, others)
Desirable:
-Give support to the operations team by troubleshooting issues and solving problems.
-Coach and train the operations team on how to operate better.
-Feel comfortable talking to stakeholders, marketers and data scientists.
