Funciones del cargo

  • Successfully integrate projects through requirements gathering and service analysis
  • Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
  • Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed
  • Present solution options to Client, evaluate the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
  • Lead the Client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements
  • Develop implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
  • Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
  • Drive engineering efforts cross-functionally across various teams, organizations, internal and external stakeholders

Requerimientos del cargo

IF YOU ARE

  • Showing at least 4-year relevant expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Demonstrating background in healthcare, or BFSI (at least 2 years)
  • Familiar with SDLC and implementation of packaged solutions lifecycle
  • Aware of Agile software delivery methodologies and tools (Scrum and Jira)
  • Possessing the following certifications: Salesforce certified administrator, or Service cloud consultant
  • Working with Salesforce products family: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, CPQ, Communities, and App Exchange solutions
  • Able to communicate in English freely in a multicultural environment to cover project needs
