Role Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Solution Architect at Niuro, you will take ownership of designing comprehensive Salesforce solutions that address complex business requirements. Your primary responsibilities include:

Leading the architecture and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions integrated with AI and advanced cloud services.
Establishing technical governance frameworks to ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and scalable design.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Overseeing development teams working across Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Guiding integration architecture involving RESTful APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and managing identity and access protocols to ensure seamless interoperability with external systems.
Providing mentorship and leadership within the Salesforce delivery team, advocating for continuous improvement and innovation.
Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and solution roadmaps to support sustainable platform evolution.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong technical background and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with Salesforce technologies in architecture and leadership capacities, with a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade solutions.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Heroku platform, Platform Events, and Salesforce Connect.
Integration Expertise: Deep understanding of large-scale integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, and secure authentication/authorization mechanisms including identity management.
Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications are mandatory, ideally including B2B Solution Architect, Data Architect, or equivalent credentials.
Communication: Fluent English language skills with strong verbal and written communication capabilities to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Soft Skills: Strategic thinker, solution-oriented mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to lead cross-regional teams remotely.
