Key Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain intelligent and scalable full-stack web applications with integrated AI features.
Design and implement backend APIs and business logic using Django, ensuring clean, maintainable code.
Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces with React to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Create efficient and scalable PostgreSQL data models, and optimize database performance for high-throughput applications.
Deploy, monitor, and manage machine learning models in production environments leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, and SageMaker.
Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior engineers, leading code reviews, and enforcing best engineering practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product stakeholders, operating within EST work hours to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

Job Description and Required Skills

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience building complex web applications using Python/Django and React. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in PostgreSQL database design, query optimization, and scaling techniques to support demanding real-time applications.

Proficiency with deploying machine learning models in real-world production environments is essential. Experience working with AWS cloud services – particularly Lambda, ECS, SageMaker – to deploy, monitor, and maintain AI-driven features is required.

The candidate must be an autonomous professional, capable of leading architectural decisions and mentoring a growing engineering team. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively during Eastern Standard Time work hours are mandatory.

Soft skills such as problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail are equally important to succeed within our fast-paced, iterative, and impact-driven culture.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MLOps practices and tools, including model versioning, deployment pipelines, and continuous inference management.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality and reliability.
Strong understanding of software scalability, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
