Senior Python Developer in Apurata

YCombinator backed fintech startup looking to hire a Senior Python Developer to lead one of the engineering teams for one of our product lines. We are the fastest growing fintech startup in Peru, with $mm's in yearly revenue and growing 3-4x Year on Year. We are looking for a proactive, hustling, individual with a strong desire to learn and grow as we broaden our financing platform with additional products.

We serve the Latin American middle class through the offering of financing products. We compete against established banks, upcoming startups and street loan sharks.

In the future, we can finance their education, business investments, home improvements, motorcycles, and vacations.

We are looking for somebody with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, strong abstraction and coding skills, be familiar with big data architecture, and in addition to a well developed acumen for identifying consumer credit risk features from alternative and traditional data. The role reports directly to the CTO and is responsible for leading a team of jr engineers.
