More than 5 years of experience with Python, Flask, Jinja, FastApi, Javascript
Must know how to code without an ORM such as Sql Alchemy
Must be OK with using Linux (no Windows or Macs are permitted on this team)
Great English communication skills

Soft Skills:

Can be pair programmed
Can work with camera on over zoom all day
Take minimal instructions and run with it
Can identify when help is needed and ask for help
Can work on more than one thing a the same times and juggle vs see one thing through all the way to completion. In other words, the candidate can context switch. What you do is start this one thing over there and while its running, you do this other thing over here
