We are looking for Senior Python Developer with experience with advanced Python coding skills that will help us with the development of our platform.

Some of your job functions, but not the only ones, will be:

  • Work as a collaborative team, mentoring and training the junior team members.
  • Work with open-source technologies as well as commercialized platforms.
  • Influence and communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with team members and business stakeholders.

Requerimientos del cargo

2+ years of hands-on experience in advanced Python coding using advanced modules, Pandas, Numpy, and other libraries.

  • 2+ years of Experience in developing data solutions in AWS cloud using one or more relevant technologies such as S3, Lambda, AWS Data Lake, Athena, Redshift, Python, Airflow, Linux etc.
  • Experience in REST API and ESB technologies and patterns.
  • Experience with traditional relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with different file formats including JSON, CSV, Parquet, mainframe files.
  • Experience with both normalized and dimensional data models, hands-on knowledge of other data integration techniques such as database replication, change data capture (CDC).
  • 3+ years of experience and strong hands-on knowledge and the ability to explain coding best practices using Python, code management, credential management
  • Experience in working with JIRA/GitHub and other code management toolsets
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps solutions using Jenkins, Github
  • Experience using AWS CloudFormation, Docker and MicroServices architectures
