Role description

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer based in Latin America with the aim to solve complex problems and work in dynamic environments. This person will work closely with our US-based client in B2B projects and business in interesting and challenging fields.

This is a remote, full-time position with a 40-hours workload per week for Latin America only.

Responsibilities

Write effective, scalable code
Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
Integrate user-facing elements into applications
Test and debug programs
Improve functionality of existing systems
Implement security and data protection solutions
Assess and prioritize feature requests
Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions

Requirements:

+5 years of work experience as a Python Developer
Expertise in at least one Python framework (like Django, Flask, or Pyramid)
Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)
Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)
Good problem-solving skills
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
