We care less about degrees and more about the following:

Core experience:

• 4+ years of frontend development with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of component-driven development, accessibility, and performance.
• Experience working with design systems and collaborating closely with product designers.
• Comfortable working with API-based architectures (REST/GraphQL).

Bonus points:

• Experience with TailwindCSS, React Native, or Ruby on Rails.
• Exposure to music, creator, or media-tech industries.
• Contributions to open source or side projects that show initiative and passion.
• Familiarity with generative AI and prompt engineering for developer workflows.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing industry, learning new tools, and adapting quickly.
