Ridepanda is a climate tech company that provides employers with a full-service micromobility benefits platform. We are a small passionate team with a collaborative product building process and an eye for building useful, scalable technology. Our aim is to help the next million people fall in love with bikes, e-bikes, and e-scooters through our leasing program, made accessible by company and government subsidies.

You will work with the product and design team with input from other parts of the company. You will be critical in helping us build the core technologies and features that enable the company to scale quickly to serve as many customers and partners/clients as possible.
You will be responsible for architecting scalable, modular solutions and features that empower our four primary stakeholders: riders, employers, vehicle dealerships, and internal admins. You will own or co-own multiple parts of our system from cloud infrastructure to critical APIs and integrations to front-end UI/UX flows, always with an eye on performance, security, and scalability.
