• Decompose product descriptions into tech tasks and distribute them across the team
• Deliver results in time reducing technical debt, amending priorities and revealing blockers
• Build communication bridges to other teams, clients and partners
• Suggest optimal architectural solutions that will avoid massive refactoring in the future
• Lead the knowledge sharing process ensuring your team’s work is clear to others
• Learn about the world of international shipping
• Deal with popular e-commerce platforms as Shopify, Bigcommerce, Magento
• Understand our clients’ pain points and needs, collaborate with some of them directly to ensure the success
• Be a part of a supporting team that will help you to adapt, improve and cope with failures

• 5+ years software development experience
• 3+ years of leading or overseeing a team
• A college graduate with a technical degree
• Proficient in English reading and writing
• Expertise with NodeJS, Express framework, MySQL, Redis, Git, Elasticsearch
• Experience in building distributed cloud-based REST API web services
• Experience in dealing with e-commerce platforms and building apps for them
• Attentive listening which allows you to grasp the key points and quickly take the right action
• Accountability: You take ownership of your work, the answers you provide to others, and learn from your mistakes
• Work autonomy: you can make weighed team-level decisions without involving top management and take the responsibility
