As a Software Developer at Gamlytics, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of esports analytics and contributing to our cutting-edge platform.

Job functions

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Developer to join our growing team. As a core member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining various components of the Gamlytics platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and UI/UX designers, to create a seamless and insightful user experience for esports players and teams.

Qualifications and Responsibilites

  • Solid understanding of software development languages (Javascript), principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and designing efficient data models.
  • Passion for esports, gaming, or analytics is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand and refine requirements, translating them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient software components for the Gamlytics platform.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and meeting high-quality code standards.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, helping to shape the platform's structure and scalability.
  • Research and implement industry best practices, emerging technologies, and coding standards to improve the platform's performance and user experience continuously.
  • Optimize application performance and responsiveness, ensuring seamless data processing and real-time analytics capabilities.
  • Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks, troubleshooting and debugging as needed.
