• Interact with clients, product team, scrum masters, and developers to envision, model, design, and update scalable, testable, and reliable software solutions. This may require proof of concept in the form of pseudocode and/or simple format demonstrations (blueprints).
• Work with other operations professionals in the company to analyze and determine needs and estimate efforts.
• Collect and analyze client requirements and work with the operations and finance team to estimate teams, technology stacks, timelines, and overall development structure of new projects.
• Conduct discoveries to analyze existing projects.
• Document technical aspects of software projects (such as platforms, technologies, and tools used).
• Perform regular code reviews to ensure compliance with architecture and reduce unnecessary complexity.
• Work with the engineering director and product team to monitor integration, sustainability, and feasibility of development.
• Work with the staff team to establish quality standards guidelines.
• Propose and implement solutions and process improvements.
• Define, update, and adhere to guidelines for quality, security, extensibility, and reliability of systems.

• 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar positions in the software development industry.
• Graduated in computer science, computer engineering, or similar fields.
• Experience working under agile methodologies.
• Advanced English language skills.
