Design, build and deploy WalkMe solutions on various client platforms and applications.
Be an expert in the technical workings and best practices of the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform.
Understand and build business processes as WalkMe content
Provide Digital Adoption and WalkMe best practice advice to define and deliver brilliant solutions using WalkMe
Maintain a strong relationship with WalkMe sales, technical, Account Management, and partner teams
Work closely with the client and/or GuideMe’s consultants to confirm requirements and design solutions to meet the client objectives
Ensure that the WalkMe solution addresses the customer’s ultimate goals and needs
Occasionally support pre-sales efforts
Minimum to be considered for the role:
You will be responsible to:
Experience in transferring business and functional requirements into client requirements or a technical build.
Existing or transferable skills in WalkMe, Digital Adoption, consulting, application development, web development, or business process mapping
Must be able to work in a project environment
Excellent communication skills
Sales experience to assist in pre-sales activities
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have experiences:
Implementation/professional services/solution engineering experience at a consultancy or SaaS company.
An undergraduate degree in a related area is preferred but not required
1+ years’ experience working in-depth with WalkMe solutions
Experience with other Digital Adoption tools
Experience in formal change management, L&D, or training.
Any additional language skills could be valuable.
Past experience in working directly with corporate customers, at all levels
