Job Details:

We are seeking a senior-level Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be the second engineer, working closely with an experienced full-time developer and contributing to the technical direction and architecture of the platform. This is a high-impact role with strong ownership and the opportunity to shape a long-term product roadmap in a modern, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Work in a large monorepo environment with modern tooling and clean architecture.
Build and maintain features using React and JavaScript.
Leverage serverless technologies and Cloudflare for performance and scalability.
Collaborate closely with the existing developer to ship high-quality, scalable features.
Contribute to a high-trust, autonomous culture that values clear communication and thoughtful solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

5–10 years of professional full-stack development experience, ideally in fast-paced or product-driven environments where clean architecture, scalability, and code quality are prioritized.
Strong hands-on experience with modern technologies including React and JavaScript, working within monorepos, and building in serverless environments. Familiarity with platforms like Cloudflare is important, as performance, scalability, and security are key to this role.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to clearly explain technical ideas and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
A self-starter with a strong work ethic—someone who takes initiative, follows through on commitments, and thrives in a high-autonomy setting.
Demonstrated ability to work independently or lead personal projects.
