As a Sr. Software Engineer - Fullstack, you will either implement new back end, front end and/or mobile applications for both of our EHR platforms: Carelogic and Credible. You will also be part of a multicultural, agile and constantly growing team (and organization).

Our office in Lima is located in San Isidro (although for now we are working completely remotely).

• Write code according to architecture and design specifications while following engineering best practices and policies (coding standards, documentation, etc.).
• Be part of unit test coverage for all implemented software.
• Significantly support rule compliance in the implemented software.
• Participate in the Code Review process with approval and/or request submissions.
• Provide technical mentoring to other team members.
• Ensure high quality on building web-responsive solutions using frameworks like React or JQuery.
• Collaborate in building UI Stack Framework libraries in collaboration with other engineers working on UI development.
• Develop high-level of troubleshooting skills to resolve issues in back-end and front-end sides.

• Technical or Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer, Software Engineering or similar.
• Intermediate English.
• Solid experience as a developer on end-user applications and back-end services.
• Solid experience developing J2EE Web applications and/or using “Open Source” software.
• Experience building high-quality, secure presentation layers for high visibility websites.
• Solid experience with Java (with Spring), JavaScript (with JQuery and/or React).
• Ideal experience with other front end frameworks, like Angular.
• Ideal experience with mobile development technologies (for Android or iOS).
• CI/CD tools like Docker, Jenkins or Kubernetes.
• Relational and non-relational databases.
• Agile Methodologies.
• Other tools such as Jira, Git, Bitbucket, SonarQube or Crucible.
• Design and implementation of SOA Paradigm approach.

• Willingness to mentor other developers and work closely with them and other teams.
