retailCRM is one of the biggest CRM for omnichannel and online commerce. We make the best solution on the market, which helps to effectively develop and scale our clients' business.

Our project works as SaaS, which is used by several thousand customers every day. We also implement the enterprise version of the system in big e-commerce projects.

retailCRM has grown from a scratch to a large high-load project (3 data centers in Europe and Russia, 50+ million backend requests per day, 50+ thousand database requests per second, 6+ million background tasks per day).

In your work, you will be able to use the latest technologies (PHP7, Symfony, PostgreSQL, Vue).

We value our team's time by automating internal processes using gitlab, docker, slack, zoom, sentry, zabbix, pinba, automatic deployments, and Scrum work.

• Develop services for a very heavy load;
• Design and improve the services design;
• Plan your works, evaluate your tasks;
• Write tests for your solutions;
• Design complete solutions that work quickly and are easy to use.

• 3+ years of PHP programming experience, know the pros and cons of the language and be able to choose the right tool for the task;
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or other relational DBMS;
• Ability to estimate deadlines, provide timely feedback on problems and not to be afraid to discuss them;
• Be proactive in work, focus on results;
• Be able to read the documentation in English.
