• As the technical lead, you will oversee the company’s technical team (Front, Back, React & Full stack developers) and all projects they undertake, analyze pitches, features, create progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules for the team.
• Schedule training sessions and meetings to provide technical feedback.
• Be a mentor for the team in terms of technical skills.
• Expand your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems.
• Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Identify risks and create contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Update work schedules and perform troubleshooting as required.
• Motivate staff and create a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
• Ensure code quality with the team.
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
• Be able to identify and design an optimal software architecture.
• Work with the product team to create and validate experiments and prototipes.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• +6 years of experience with Javascript
• Experience with NextJS or React for at least 3 years in production environments.
• Experience with Node for at least 3 years in production environments.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience implementing server side render strategies.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML semantics.
• Experience understanding and defining performance metrics for backend and frontend.
• Well understanding of nosql data models.
