We are the fastest growing fintech startup in Peru, with $mm's in yearly revenue and growing 3-4x Year on Year. We are looking for a proactive, hustling, individual with a strong desire to learn and grow as we broaden our financing platform with additional products across multiple countries.

We serve the Latin American middle class through the offering of financing products. We compete against established banks, upcoming startups and street loan sharks.

We currently have two products helping Peruvian consumers:

  • Consistently achieve shipping deadlines without compromising reliability and availability
  • Propose and implement improvements in processes, infrastructure and code to improve our capabilities
  • Recruit and hire additional talent for dev team
  • Mentor and develop junior team members into coding leaders

What you need to know:

  • thrives in a fast paced environment (there is always too much to do)
  • not afraid to make mistakes (yes, of course you then have to fix them, that is the fun part)
  • proud themselves on being analytical (but not too much pride)
