Workflow Automation Specialist (Zapier/Make) in HireLATAM

We are looking for a full time Remote Workflow Automation Specialist (Zapier/Make) to join our team at HireLATAM. The ideal candidate will have experience primarily in no code tools such as Zapier/Make. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions through zapier/make, python scripts and API integrations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of automation principles and be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Set up, manage, and optimize automation workflows in Zapier/Make
• Integrate CRM and similar platforms to streamline our client interactions and sales processes
• Use Google Sheets/Airtable and similar platforms to create dashboards and reporting systems
• Identify areas in the workflow that can be automated for increased efficiency
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement automation strategies
• Ongoing maintenance and improvement of all automated systems

• Expertise in Zapier and/or Make workflow automation
• Strong understanding of Google Sheets & Airtable, including API integrations
• Low code knowledge via Python programming
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows
• At least 2 years of experience with Zapier, Make, CRM's and API integrations
• Portfolio showcasing successful automation projects
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge is preferred but not required
• For this role, there is no need to have a perfect english, spanish only is fine!

Python programming knowledge
