Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with leading editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro.
An understanding of creative analytics is essential — you should be familiar with key digital marketing metrics like CTR (Click Through Rate), CPM (Cost Per Mille), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and how editing and design choices directly impact these performance indicators.
Experience editing formats specific to UGC, testimonial videos, and motion graphic explainers is necessary. Familiarity with AI-assisted editing and enhancement tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, ReCut) will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong command of English is important for ensuring impeccable on-screen grammar, caption readability, and overall storytelling clarity.
