Key Responsibilities and Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Recruiter at Pearl Talent, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent placements aligned with client needs. Your role will be critical in strengthening our recruitment process and maintaining exceptional relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Develop precise job descriptions based on Statements of Work; participate in client success calls to fully understand client expectations and role requirements.
  • Pipeline & Sourcing Management: Monitor candidate pipelines proactively, coordinate with sourcing specialists, and personally source candidates to ensure robust pipelines for all roles. Utilize job boards and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox to maximize reach.
  • Screening and Candidate Evaluation: Perform thorough candidate prescreening using voice notes. Apply topgrading interviewing techniques to confirm candidate suitability and administer client-specific assessments for role compatibility.
  • Candidate Profiling and Endorsement: Prepare detailed, polished candidate profiles including clear introductions and professional content, excluding salary details for direct placement roles (DP). Collaborate with Matching Leads for final candidate endorsements.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Management: Ensure timely updates to clients regarding pipeline status, candidate progress, and interview feedback. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials for roles. Collect and act on client feedback to enhance satisfaction and placement success.
  • Quality Assurance and Process Optimization: Act as the final quality gate for candidate profiles, focusing on video introduction clarity, content accuracy, and professionalism. Monitor candidate and client satisfaction to prevent churn and quickly resolve emerging issues. Continuously refine recruitment workflows to boost efficiency and share best practices with the team.

Required Skills and Experience

We seek candidates who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about recruiting exceptional talent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory to effectively engage with candidates, clients, and internal teams globally.
Ideal candidates demonstrate curiosity and proactivity, especially in sourcing candidates and fostering community engagement. Familiarity with recruitment software such as Workable is required, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a strong plus.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential, allowing you to build trustful relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment journey and reducing risk of churn. You should be comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. A passion for recruitment, employer branding, or talent acquisition underpins your approach to matchmaking talent with opportunity.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with prior experience in full-cycle recruitment within startup ecosystems or international hiring environments will have an advantage. Familiarity with topgrading interviewing methods and data-driven recruitment strategies is highly desirable.
Experience in working remotely in a global environment is a plus, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Client Success Management and Marketing. Proficiency in multiple languages and knowledge of labor markets across the US and EU regions would further enrich candidate suitability.
