We are looking for an all star People Operations Generalist, with an emphasis on recruiting, to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to help Peek continue to build a best-in-class team & workplace as we onboard more and more talent remotely. This is a dynamic and high career growth opportunity that reports into our Director of BizOps & Business Development.


  • Recruit top talent to join Peek: This will include both outbound prospecting and inbound resume reviews and phone screens
  • Working with hiring managers to build Job Recs, get them live on our Jobs Page, and own the top-to-bottom recruiting funnel
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for building a best-in-class culture at Peek; which is heavily WFH-focused due to COVID-19
  • Research and push Peek to consistently innovate and remain competitive with regards to WFH perks, Team building activities, learning and development opps, and other employee growth opportunities
  • Assist our HR team on handling day-to-day tasks and projects
  • Always-on listening to what our employees want, providing insights to Senior Management
  • Occasionally, there will be research projects outside the scope of People Operations (e.g., Competitor analysis, New trends in activities/verticals)


  • Bachelors degree and 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter and/or People Operations professional
  • Track record of achievement in your past roles
  • You're a People Person who has excellent communication skills; both written & verbal
  • Professional demeanor
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills to acquire a higher-level understanding of processes, procedures, and outcomes
  • Self-motivated and able to perform well under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Capacity to learn complex concepts quickly and independently
  • Attention to detail with administrative responsibilities
  • A real passion to connect the world through experiences
  • We’ll give you an extra look if you have work experience as a Recruiter, People Operations, or HR professional
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) a plus


  • 850,000 CLP monthly salary
