Recruiting Coordinator in Standard Metrics

Standard Metrics, formerly known as Quaestor, is an automated financial collaboration platform that helps investors and founders to move faster together and make better, forward-facing decisions. Job functions

  • Be a champion for the candidate experience above all else
  • Manage scheduling for complex interview loops and other recruiting-related meetings
  • Build relationships with hiring managers, and interviewers across departments to facilitate stronger internal communication
  • Manage team calendar including team meetings, hiring manager syncs, panel debriefs, etc.
  • Audit the hiring pipeline to ensure our ATS is kept up to date
  • Review initial inbound resumes and advance qualified candidates to the hiring manager
  • Assist in creating hiring reports and analyses so department heads can stay up to date on their recruiting efforts
  • Offer ideas to streamline our processes and improve upon existing programs
  • Assist with sourcing and outreach to potential candidates

Qualifications and requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience on a Talent team
  • A human-centric approach to your work. You want to be a resource for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
  • A mind geared toward logistics and managing communications and expectations across a diverse blend of personalities and people at all levels of the organization
  • Time management skills that help you tackle it all efficiently, consistently, and effectively. You can organize competing priorities that occur daily
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on being clear, concise, and friendly
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness; maintains confidentiality and privacy,
  • Detail oriented and proactive, with an eye towards continuous improvement
  • Deep knowledge of how to use an ATS (greenhouse preferred)


Competitive salary: For our employees located in the USA, we aim to pay at or above the market rate of US-based tech hubs like San Francisco or NYC. For international roles, we aim to pay top of market for your country.
