We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter who brings a solid background in engineering, IT, or a related technical field, whether through formal education or proven experience. Candidates must have hands-on experience recruiting or sourcing for technical roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of software engineering, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, and other relevant technical disciplines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to work effectively in a fully remote environment, especially across diverse teams and cultures within LATAM and U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will excel at multi-tasking and managing multiple requisitions concurrently while maintaining a high level of candidate engagement and satisfaction.
Fluent English proficiency is required, with Spanish language skills considered a strong plus. We value professionals who are self-driven and comfortable working independently, yet remain collaborative and proactive in building relationships across internal teams and with external candidates.

Experience working with U.S.-based companies, especially in a remote capacity, is highly desirable. Familiarity with modern recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS) will be an advantage. Candidates who have previously built or contributed to talent pipelines for contingent or contract workforce models, or who have engaged with technical communities and talent sourcing platforms, will stand out.
