- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commercial or similar careers.
- Experience in sales.
- Ideally have had a similar position as Business Development Manager in a leading Consumer Goods, Technology or Retail Company.
- Prior experience within Caribbean markets is a must.
- Advanced in English and Spanish.
- Available to travel to the Caribbean markets: Frequent travel to attend road shows, press conferences, partner events and trade shows to represent the brand.
An entrepreneurial spirit that can easily build relationships at all levels of management within companies from all types of business segments (retail, distribution, corporate). A successful TM will have the ability to negotiate expertly and promote/sell ideas persuasively. Has an uncanny talent to present and connect to his audience.
