•3+ years of sales experience in IT Channel sale
•1+ years experience in Account Management
•Passionate about developing volume business through Service Providers and their key partners
•Knowledge of Cisco Products, solutions & Technologies. Competitor’s product knowledge is a plus
•A demonstrated team player who operates with integrity in search of common results
•Self-driven individual: ability to work / act independently and think fast
•Salesforce.com experience is a plus
•Strong written and verbal skills in English & local language
•Strong computer skills (Networking, Office + CRM systems)
•Sound time management and organization skills
•Success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment
•Communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small technical audiences
•Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources and follow through with inside sales reps, customers and partners
