In this role, you will be in charge of identifying and winning new clients by attending relevant events, networking, and meeting with potential clients face-to-face. You will play a critical and active role in growing our company.
What You’ll Do:
- Originate and nurture business relationships at national and local events, industry trade shows, panels, and other venues where you can meet potential clients (Focus on a specific metro area).
- Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of our potential clients’ senior executives.
- Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.
- Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client’s needs and achieve their desired business outcomes.
- Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.
- Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.
