Role and Key Responsibilities

As a Cold Outreach Specialist at Pearl Talent, you will play an integral role in driving our strategic outreach to business leaders and founders. Your core objective is to craft highly personalized, authentic cold emails that reflect deep research and insight into each prospect’s unique business and industry context.

Write customized, conversational cold emails tailored to CEOs and founders, ensuring a human tone that stands out.
Analyze company websites thoroughly to develop succinct industry descriptors (e.g., “SIEM cybersecurity,” “D2C skincare”) that accurately classify each business.
Create one to three personalized bullet points per company highlighting distinct value propositions, company culture nuances, or notable operational features.
Conduct in-depth online research using various tools, such as search engines, databases, and AI-assisted platforms, to gather relevant data on companies, founders, and respective sectors.
Generate expert lists and develop strategic outreach plans to target high-potential industries and companies.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to continuously refine research methodologies, improve the quality and efficiency of outreach, and help scale efforts.
Lead onboarding activities during the initial week, including system setups, calendar auditing, and tool access management to ensure a smooth start.

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive individual with exceptional English writing and editing capabilities. Ideal candidates possess a strong aptitude for research, combined with the ability to distill complex information into concise, compelling language appropriate for a high-volume outreach context.

Exceptional command of English grammar, style, and tone with demonstrated writing clarity.
Ability to produce personalized, high-quality emails at scale, typically ranging from 20 to 100 messages per day.
Strong research skills and comfort performing deep-dive online investigations to understand diverse industries and leadership backgrounds.
Impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all communications.
A self-starter attitude with a “figure-it-out” mentality, capable of managing time independently and working with minimal supervision.
Ability to translate technical or complex company details into short, punchy, and engaging content tailored for busy executives.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following skills will find these advantageous:

Previous experience writing cold outreach or marketing emails targeted at B2B clients.
Familiarity with startup ecosystems, B2B marketing strategies, and related business environments.
Experience using email automation platforms and sequencing tools to manage campaigns efficiently.
Interest in finance, private equity, entrepreneurship, or growth marketing sectors.
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and content generation, while preserving an authentic, human tone.
