Customer Outreach Specialist in Bookairfreight

Our platform enables instant shipping quotes and digitized shipment management and tracking. Customers save days of time spent waiting for a quote and double-digit percentage on shipping fees.

We are hiring a Customer Outreach Specialist to work with quality leads and potential customers for the sales team. The Customer Outreach Specialist will work closely with Sales, helping to inspire, grow, and better their team.

You will work under and learn from our outreach specialist team lead. You'll be responsible for using a suite of modern SaaS tools related to customer outreach.

• Previous B2B Inbound and Outbound Lead Generation experience
• Hands on experience with CRM software
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

This is a very detail-oriented role. Attention to detail, double checking work, and catching errors early on are all important.
