Job functions

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team who is passionate about working with teams to help optimize the sales structure and planning. In this role, the individual will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks and providing support related to sales operations. You may be responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

  • Managing and processing sales orders and invoices in a timely manner
  • Handle inbound calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service and providing customer support to clients
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining client records on the company CRM
  • Engage in cold emailing activities to generate leads and support sales initiatives.
  • Supporting the sales team with organizing schedules and setting appointments
  • Providing sales analytics and performance reports
  • Coordinating logistics for sales meetings and events as needed
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficiency of workflow
  • Assisting in creating sales collateral and materials for client presentations
  • Other duties that the role may require

Qualifications and requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales administrator, sales support, or other similar role
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High level of proficiency in the English language (C1/C2 level)
  • Proficiency with different tools and cloud-based platforms such as MS Office, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite, and common CRM systems
  • Possess own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 and above, or equivalent
  • Stable internet connectivity of at least 25mbps
  • Sustained comfortability and efficiency in a work-from-home set-up
