We are looking for someone with experience leading sales teams and commercial experience in SaaS solutions who lives in Colombia or Mexico.

Rol purpose

Supporting the sales team by identifying the barriers that hinder the achievement of goals and facilitating the execution of processes. Allocating and securing the necessary resources for this purpose, ensuring compliance with all Alegra policies, especially those related to commitments with users and management systems.

¿Qué harás en Alegra?

  • Increase the sales levels in each country by coordinating and measuring strategies with diferentes teams and stakeholders: Alliances, Partners, Data, Growth,Payments
  • Build a process and metrics driven GTM machine
  • Coaching ramping sales reps
  • Collaborate with Growth on customer value proposition
  • Look for ways to automate and scale-up all the process
  • Pipeline analysis to revenue forecasting
  • Design improvements in the sales processes to prioritize the user experience as the core of Sales management.
  • Propose strategies to enhance key performance indicators such as coverage, satisfaction, conversion, usability, among others.
  • Lead teams known for their efficiency, effectiveness, expertise, continuous learning, and job satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear data on version management on a monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis for the purpose of reporting and communicating with teams.
  • Promoting data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor the projects executed by the Sales team to achieve proposed goals and OKRs.
  • Foster team development by conducting weekly 1:1 meetings with team members, guiding them in achieving their goals, and promoting continuous growth.
  • Be responsible for Alegra's growth in all countries, focusing on key performance indicators and strategic development.
  • Periodically disseminate relevant topics, with the requirement of having comprehensive knowledge of Alegra.
  • Study and research topics related to automation of onboarding operations, process scaling, implementation, and metric tracking.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

Studies:

  • Marketing, administration or highly specialized courses in sales or related to the area.

Experience:

  • More than three years of experience in selling SaaS solutions and leading sales teams.

Soft skills:

  • Ability to propose innovative ideas.
  • Analytical Thinking: the ability to approach a challenge by breaking it down into parts and the ability to explain something that seems complex in a simple manner.
  • Time Management and Organization.
  • High orientation towards results and persistence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Curiosity: demonstrating an interest in knowing beyond what is obvious and the ability to inquire further.

Hard skills:

  • Advanced level of English.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the operation of startups (rapid growth, use of technology, scalable models, self-management).
  • Sales skills, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Customer orientation skills.
  • High level of coaching: ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
  • Agile methodologies.
