Job functions

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our passionate team at Gyfted. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, building relationships with customers, and contributing to the growth and success of our company. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization that is making a difference in the field of education.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective customers, introducing them to Gyfted's products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of Gyfted's offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Actively follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and educational developments to effectively position Gyfted's solutions.

Qualifications and requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Passion for education and making a positive impact in the lives of students.
