As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play an essential role in managing and nurturing leads within the North America region. This position bridges marketing and sales and is pivotal in driving the company's market growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate, identify, and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct research and engage in conversations with prospects to evaluate their needs, pain points, and budget, determining their compatibility with the company's products or services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments or demos for the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition of leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with prospects by providing valuable information and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Nurturing: Engage in ongoing nurturing within the CRM Database to maintain qualified leads, assisting client partners in keeping strategic leads top of mind.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, sharing insights on lead quality and market trends.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of all lead interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales development, seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Skills: We seek individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong research and analytical capabilities, and a proactive, self-motivated approach. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and within a team, be proficient in CRM software and sales tools (HubSpot expertise is a big plus), and possess strong English proficiency in both written and spoken forms.

Desirable Qualifications:
