Ever since the advent of telephone, the person being called is most of the times, is caught unaware of some data, or has data, but either does not have access at that moment or needs time to access that. This scenario, most often is embarassing, ackward and sometimes it creates stress for the person being called. The person being called either makes the caller wait while searching for information or makes excuses or requests call back.

WhatElse is a patent backed product that equips the caller and the person being called, with all necessary information from almost all the applications one uses, and presents them before, during and after the call. Even for people who just need information from almost all the applications they use at one place, WhatElse serves the purpose as well.

We currently have few customers in India and Chile and have interest from Entel, BCI, Wayra among few others. We have plans to expand to other LATAM countries, US and Europe in near future.

Job requirements

Responsibilities
· Deliver information on programs, promotions and products via phone, email, Webex, etc.
· Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement.
· Support customer business processes to reduce friction and enable enterprise level engagement
· Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
· Ensure customer satisfaction in your assigned territory.

Basic Qualifications
· +5 years of technology related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience.
· Proficiency in Spanish and English.
· +5 years of experience in inside sales

Desirable skills

 Preferred Qualifications 

  · BA/BS degree required. 
· A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus. 
· Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
· Strong track record
