Key Responsibilities

Support the configuration and integration of downstream marketing technology (martech) tools within the client data platform (CDP) environment.
Manage token access controls ensuring secure and efficient authentication mechanisms.
Oversee identity mapping processes to maintain data consistency and accurate user identification across multiple platforms.
Validate data pass-throughs to guarantee information flows correctly between integrated systems, ensuring data integrity and operational accuracy.
Act as a liaison and primary point of contact between martech stack owners and the internal CDP team to facilitate smooth communication, requirements gathering, and issue resolution.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams during integration phases and ongoing operations.
Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise to maintain seamless service delivery.

Role Requirements

We are seeking a motivated Integration Specialist / Technical Account Manager with a solid understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and data platforms. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in configuring integrations, managing identity and access controls, and ensuring data quality across multiple systems.

Technical Skills:

Experience with configuring and troubleshooting marketing technology tools and customer data platforms.
Strong knowledge of token-based authentication methods and security best practices.
Familiarity with identity resolution techniques and data mapping principles.
Solid understanding of data flow validation and integration testing.
Proficiency in communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Soft Skills and Traits:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise across teams and clients.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy and security.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in an agile environment.
Self-driven and proactive approach to continuously improve integration solutions and client satisfaction.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience working in technical account management, integration support, or related roles within martech or data-driven environments.
Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale integration projects.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) such as Segment, Tealium, or mParticle.
Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and common data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
Background in marketing or analytics platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Google Marketing Platform.
Understanding of GDPR and other data privacy regulations relating to customer data management.
Certifications in relevant martech or integration technologies.
