Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager. The KAM will be responsible for Support the development, deepening, and loyalty of current and potential customers. Additionally, ensure that the sales process with each client is flawless from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Explore new markets, generate business opportunities, build a robust portfolio, and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Contribute to the growth, strengthening, and retention of current and potential clients.
  • Ensure the flawless execution of the sales process with each client, from start to finish.
  • Develop business strategies focused on achieving the goals set by the company.

Minimum requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in commercial areas.
  • Intermediate level of English (desirable).
  • Knowledge in streaming and technology.
  • Familiarity with the BTL, production, events, and agencies field.
  • Experience in media or with a client portfolio.
  • Teamwork skills, results-oriented, relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering,Adevertising or related field
