We are looking for someone who has a background in managing a complex supply chain structure within the ecommerce space, working with multiple warehouses serving sales streams from Amazon and Wholesale orders in different countries. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing a large team remotely and on getting a company to 100K in sales. We would like someone who has experience sourcing products and finding new suppliers or wholesalers and it’s imperative that this person is skilled working with inventory management software.

Job functions

  • Source products and find new suppliers or wholesalers.
  • Report back weekly to the management team at a high level; issuing easy-to-read reports.
  • Develop predictable and robust forecasting systems.
  • Bring new ideas to the team as to how we should organize our process and find new products to sell.
  • Create plans and stay organized.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Experience scaling and sourcing products for $100k+ per month business, including finding products and suggesting quantities to buy
  • Experience Managing an Amazon Store (Required)
  • Specific experience with opening Wholesale Accounts to find replenishable products
  • Experience with running ad campaigns on Amazon and able to manage budget
  • Experience managing prices using an automatic pricing tool
  • Reporting capabilities; able to generate reports quarterly or every 6 months
  • Strong experience in Amazon FBA (5+ years) (Required)
  • An understanding of financial metrics and able to work with sales and finance teams, specifically with regards to cash flow.
  • Expert understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Experience working with a remote team across various time zones.
  • Ability to start, build and cultivate relationships.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Works well with others in a team environment while also able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive in a very dynamic environment.
  • Strategic mindset, integrity, and drive.
  • Experience working and communicating with external partners.
  • Approaches life with the attitude that there are is always a solution to the problem
  • Excellent proficiency in English (Both spoken and written).
  • Must be located in Latin America

Knowledge of building branded bundles
Ability to create and edit e-commerce listings
