Job functions

As a Remote Travel Experience Advisor, your main responsibility is to support and guide clients in designing customized itineraries for international travel. You’ll use our advanced booking platform to offer competitive rates and quality service for accommodations, activities, transportation, and more.

Your tasks will include:

Consulting with clients to identify their travel preferences and expectations
Creating custom vacation plans using our online tools and supplier resources
Researching destinations, offers, and travel logistics to ensure a seamless experience
Communicating via email, messaging platforms, and virtual calls
Staying up to date with travel trends and seasonal promotions
Following up with clients pre- and post-trip to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications and requirements

We are looking for candidates who are:
✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ Comfortable using online tools and platforms
✔ Great communicators with a client-first attitude
✔ Able to work independently and manage their time effectively
✔ Self-driven and goal-oriented
✔ Minimum 18 years old
✔ Basic to intermediate English recommended
✔ Access to a computer/laptop and reliable internet connection

Desirable skills

Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:

Customer service or hospitality
Travel coordination or itinerary planning
Marketing or client acquisition
Social media communication
