Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator & Operative at Bike Bubl, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring operational efficiency within the team. Your daily responsibilities will include managing and organizing incoming leads to maximize sales opportunities. You will proactively engage potential clients via outbound calls, emails, and targeted campaigns to promote Bike Bubl’s services. Collaborating closely with management and sales colleagues, you will help refine sales processes and tools to boost effectiveness.

Building strong relationships with prospects and existing clients will be essential, providing accurate quotations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client journey from lead generation to service delivery. Additionally, you will monitor market and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and service enhancement.

Your operational role includes supporting the integration of sales and operations workflows, facilitating smooth client onboarding and service scheduling. You will also manage customer data through CRM tools, optimizing lead follow-up strategies and generating insightful sales reports to track progress and inform strategic decisions. Lastly, you will provide sales training and share best practices to support continuous improvement within the sales team.

Coverage hours for this position are Monday to Thursday, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM UK time, ensuring alignment with evening operational windows.

Job Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with proven sales experience, particularly in lead management and sales process improvement. Strong organizational capabilities are essential to effectively juggle multiple priorities and ensure no leads are missed. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to engage confidently with clients and secure conversions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a results-driven attitude with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools is mandatory to manage customer relationships and optimize workflows. A passion for continuous improvement and collaboration within a team environment is highly valued, along with the ability to adapt and self-motivate in a fast-growing company.
