We are looking for energetic, dynamic, growth-minded SDRs to join our client in Mexico City. Their team is passionate about helping small business owners pursue their dreams. They are building a digital insurance platform that ensures small businesses have the right coverage for all their insurance needs at the lowest cost.

Job functions

You’ll be connecting with and assisting small business owners with completing insurance applications and answering general questions. You will be making cold calls, sending emails, introducing the company's products, and propositioning the value of the company's services to build the sales pipeline.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to prospects through a high volume of outbound sales calls – this role is 100% phone-based.
  • Becoming an expert in the company's solutions; overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success.
  • Achieving and consistently exceeding daily and weekly goals - a strong work ethic and tenacity are key!
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records in the company's CRM and move leads through the funnel.

Qualifications and requirements

You'll be a good fit if:

  • You have 1-2+ years of experience working in sales
  • You have strong experience working in phone outreach to different clients.
  • You have strong English proficiency
  • Experience working in B2B is a plus
  • You want to be on the cutting edge of technology and process - they develop their own software in-house.
  • You're well organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls.
  • You want to help build a tech product for an industry leader, but you don't code.
  • You’re a great communicator and problem solver.
