We are a fully remote and distributed company and we are lucky enough to have a diverse and multi-national team with team members in the U.S., Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Venezuela.

Job functions

SDRs at TECLA are responsible for client prospecting, sales outreach, generating leads, and supporting operations needed to generate new business.

  • Understand our business model, services, and target market
  • Research and generate lists of prospects
  • Enter and manage prospects in our sales CRM (Copper)
  • Reach out to prospects via email and social media to generate meetings
  • Set up and schedule meetings with interested leads
  • A/B test outbound strategies and messaging to improve success rate
  • Share knowledge, ideas, and suggestions with the rest of the team

Qualifications and requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience working in sales and/or business development
  • Advanced spoken and written English
  • Proficiency with G Suite or Microsoft Work tools such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Proficiency using LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator)
  • Experience in fast learning environments and the ability to learn quickly
  • Proven communication skills
