We are Tandem Bike Partners, a boutique consultancy helping founders scale with fractional GTM and operations leadership. This role is a critical piece of our growth engine, bridging research, outbound strategy, CRM governance, and automation to accelerate client outcomes. You will collaborate with the founder and client teams to research target markets, build accurate account lists, craft and execute outbound campaigns, maintain clean CRM data, and design automated workflows that connect data, outreach, and reporting. Your work will directly contribute to opening new opportunities for both Tandem Bike Partners and our clients across architecture, real estate, software, and professional services. You’ll wear many hats—researcher, builder, and operator—while helping to design scalable processes that can be replicated across multiple engagements. Your contributions will help turn insights into qualified pipelines and measurable growth for diverse client programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and build accurate prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Create and manage outbound campaigns using HubSpot, Instantly, or similar platforms; monitor, test, and optimize messaging and sequencing.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene: keep data accurate, up-to-date, and structured for reporting; build dashboards and regular insights for leadership.
  • Automate workflows to connect lead data, outreach channels, and performance reporting using n8n, Make, or Zapier.
  • Support the founder in preparing briefs for sales calls, tracking key metrics, and refining outreach messaging based on results.
  • Collaborate with clients’ GTM initiatives to design scalable processes that improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing automation, or data research.
  • Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) and outbound tools. Familiarity with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and the ability to connect disparate systems.
  • Excellent data management, spreadsheet, and analytical capabilities; attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate across time zones.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can balance researcher, builder, and operator roles within a fast-growing consultancy setting.

Additional Skills

  • Experience supporting multiple GTM engagements or campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Apollo, Clay, Airtable, or similar tools for data orchestration.
  • Prior exposure to outbound sales in technology, services, or professional services sectors.
  • Comfortable with rapid iteration and data-driven decision making.
