Job functions

As Storefront Operations Analyst, you'll own the storefront services, including developing and designing strategies to grow transactions, increase storefront engagement, research user insights, and tracking various data points that will help grow and optimize our storefront business. We are looking for an analyst who will be able to support the operations team to grow the storefront services in current and new markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing scalable processes to track user data related to bill payments through out storefront. In addition, you’ll be focused on driving new marketing strategies by identifying opportunities, prioritizing user ideas, and growing transactions through our storefront, counting with the support of our regional marketing team. You will hold high levels of professionalism and P46 data and user flows. Our team is entrepreneurial, curious, passionate, and self-driven, and if you are too, we'd love to meet you.

Duties:

Build from ground up the foundations and processes to grow storefront, bill payment services, in P46 across our markets
You'll work with our Regional Operations Manager to drive new growth initiatives by presenting and prioritizing ideas and turning them into action items
Create & articulate compelling value propositions and partnerships around our storefront partners and users
Schedule opportunities pipelines, following through with storefront partners and supporting onboarding processes for partners
Prepare a variety of status reports, including transactions information

Qualifications and requirements

1 to 3 years of work experience in operations at tech companies or start-ups
High energy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive hunger to be great
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong strategy, research, analysis, presentation and negotiation skills
Proven project management abilities, being able to coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders
A strong interest in the future payments, fintech, and changing the status quo
