As Storefront Operations Analyst, you'll own the storefront services, including developing and designing strategies to grow transactions, increase storefront engagement, research user insights, and tracking various data points that will help grow and optimize our storefront business. We are looking for an analyst who will be able to support the operations team to grow the storefront services in current and new markets.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing scalable processes to track user data related to bill payments through out storefront. In addition, you’ll be focused on driving new marketing strategies by identifying opportunities, prioritizing user ideas, and growing transactions through our storefront, counting with the support of our regional marketing team. Duties:
- Build from ground up the foundations and processes to grow storefront, bill payment services, in P46 across our markets
- You'll work with our Regional Operations Manager to drive new growth initiatives by presenting and prioritizing ideas and turning them into action items
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions and partnerships around our storefront partners and users
- Schedule opportunities pipelines, following through with storefront partners and supporting onboarding processes for partners
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including transactions information
