Primary Responsibilities
As the Account Manager / Order Fulfillment Manager, you will act as the central coordinator overseeing key client accounts and managing end-to-end order fulfillment operations. Your day-to-day duties include:
Managing vendor-side accounts and relationships to ensure seamless service delivery
Handling high-value client accounts with professionalism and attentiveness
Reviewing, editing, and accurately processing orders placed via the platform
Routing orders efficiently to appropriate vendors and monitoring fulfillment workflows to ensure on-time delivery
Communicating proactively with clients through email and Slack to update order statuses or resolve queries
Addressing escalations such as order delays, product defects, or shipment issues in coordination with internal support teams
Maintaining precise documentation and order details for accuracy and compliance
Ensuring all project milestones are met within agreed timelines to uphold client satisfaction
Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and contributing to continuous enhancements
This role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment aligned with US time zones.
Required Skills and Experience
We are seeking candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or order fulfillment, specifically within the promotional products or branded merchandise sector. Candidates must demonstrate the following skills and background:
At least 1 year of direct experience working with branded merchandise or promotional product workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
Strong organizational aptitude with exceptional attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and documentation integrity
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, fully remote work setting
Prior experience in merchandise supply chain, production, or fulfillment is highly preferred, with familiarity in managing vendors and order logistics
Comfortable using common collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Slack
Availability to work during US time zone hours to synchronize with clients and vendors
Overall, candidates should be problem solvers, highly proactive, and committed to delivering top-tier customer service excellence.
Preferred Additional Skills
