Functions

What will you do?

· You will be responsible for implementing and configuring the Oracle SCM-SCP system, understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and customizing the system where necessary.

· You will work closely with clients to analyze their existing supply chain management processes and identify areas for improvement, suggesting and designing efficient solutions that optimize processes.

· You will provide training to end users on the use of the Oracle SCM system, providing continuous support to resolve any problems or questions that may arise.

· You will collaborate in an interdisciplinary way with the different corresponding teams to integrate the Oracle SCM system with other existing business systems, such as ERP systems, warehouse management systems, among others. Ensuring seamless integration and efficient data exchange

· You will optimize the supply chain, planning demand, inventory management, production scheduling, among other aspects

· You will be the point of contact to address and resolve problems related to Oracle SCM, identifying and mitigating risks, to ensure optimal system performance.

· You will regularly maintain the system, ensuring that the environment is up to date and meets security and performance standards.

Skills

Required experience and skills:

Overall: 7+ years of experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience implementing Oracle SCM & Procurement cloud.

Oracle Cloud certification and relevant Oracle Cloud implementation experience in the following Oracle SCM modules:

• Procurement • Inventory Management • Manufacturing • Order Management.

Role description:

1. Perform Oracle Cloud consulting activities from a functional perspective, with a focus on maintaining, and supporting Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Inventory Management, Order Management (must have), Procurement, Manufacturing and Costing)

2. Investigates and performs Service restoration. Performs break-fix resolution, root cause analysis, configuration changes, application performance, and small enhancements. Includes smoke testing after maintenance windows

3. Provides monitoring support on weekends to ensure scheduled jobs complete successfully

4. Prepare quality documentation for clients and internal team

5. Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and internal team with common goal of client satisfaction

6. Understand necessary client business requirements for configuring, testing, and documenting Oracle Cloud solutions

7. Follow appropriate methodologies to accomplish assigned tasks, remaining in compliance with project standards

8. Establish strong and collaborative professional relationships with clients
