We are looking for a mid-level engineer (equivalent to Level 4) with 3–5 years of professional software development experience across full-stack technologies, ideally with a proven track record of shipping production-grade systems in dynamic environments.
Technical skills and experience:
- Fluency in Go (Golang) for backend services and React with TypeScript for frontend development, with the ability to rapidly develop and optimize AI-focused interactive systems.
- Deep experience working with cloud-native AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Aurora, and Cognito, and familiarity with event-driven architecture patterns.
- Strong knowledge of designing and scaling RESTful APIs backed by PostgreSQL databases that support AI inference or automation workflows.
- Solid engineering fundamentals coupled with a strong bias for learning quickly, iterating at pace, and leveraging AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to accelerate development velocity and precision.
Soft skills and traits:
- A passion for clean, human-centered UX design, especially in AI-augmented interfaces.
- Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote-first, fast-moving team environment that values ownership and experimentation.
